A soothing, organic herbal drink without caffeine, with an orange aftertaste. Served as a hot drink in winter, with antiseptic, anti-inflammatory properties, against insomnia and upset stomach, and as a refreshing cold drink in the summer. Used also in pastry.
Ingredients: Organic Chamomile blossoms, organic Pennyroyal leaves & blossoms, organic Lemon balm leaves and organic orange zest.
Directions: Add one teaspoon of blend per cup of hot water and steep covered, for 4-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or iced, plain or add sweetener to taste.
